I know that you have all been WAITING for this, right?! Nope. Not at all. And that is okay! I will be the first to admit that I completely dropped the ball in the second half of this challenge … especially from the blogging/posting side of things.
So, with out further ado, here is the guest bedroom in all her glory!
So what do you think? Did I crush it or did I crash and burn? Come on?! You know it turned out great – dramatic black shiplap, surprising gold retro chandelier, modern blonde wood tones, moody black ceiling, gold bling galore, and of course, all the cushy, cozy texture on the bed.
I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. My favorite part of the entire One Room Challenge process is that it forces you to collect your thoughts and actually take action in a timely manner. I didn’t have the luxury of dragging my feet like I normally do. Really, the deadline alone is HUGE … 🙂 just ignore the fact that it might have taken me a couple extra weeks to wrap up the project and another few months to actually post about it!

If you love the room as much as I do and you want to snatch up a few of the items that you see, here are all of my favorites from this project!
