“The man who drinks Scotch is one who lives life to the hilt, savoring new challenges and discoveries on a daily basis. He doesn’t settle and he doesn’t drink something just because it’s there.”
Scotch Cap celebrates the rich history and craftsmen of the Old Country by taking the gentleman’s approach to showcasing the brilliance that is Scotch Whisky! Our sultry, underground whisky bar champions the world of Scotch Whisky, offering samples of your favorite single malt, signature craft cocktails and mind-blowing whisky/tapas pairings.
But we’re so much more than just a bar! Scotch Cap represents all four of Scotland’s main whisky regions – Lowlands, Highlands, Speyside and Islay. And you better believe that our tribute to resourcefulness and ingenuity only begins with our single malts. In addition, we offer over 400 whiskies, including single malt, blended, single grain and Whisky liqueurs, representing 96% of the brand names in the whisky industry.
“Each bottle of Scotch contains so much history, tradition, and attention to detail that the men who drink it are not just downing a beverage, but participating in a celebration of artisanship and the deep pleasures of life.”
Not quite a Scotch drinker yet? Thats okay! No other whisky bar takes their patrons from whisky novice to whisky devotee the way Scotch Cap does. Our bar is illuminated for superior observation, and our welcoming and highly trained staff are on hand to help drinkers find their perfect whisky. Daily tastings and scheduled Gentleman’s Classes guide patrons through the nuances, offer recommendations, notes, and provide tricks and tips for continuing your relationship with Scotch Whisky long after your visit.
//Scotch Cap is a fictional establishment that I created as a tribute to my Scottish heritage, love for whisky, and respect for traditional whisky branding and design. I had a blast researching the history, terminology and drinking etiquette associated with Scotch Whisky while working on this little passion project. The logo is hand-lettered and was meant to give a nod to the classy, gentleman side of the spirit. The roughed finish represents its rich history and adds a “warn-in” comfortableness.
